The sales process itself was transparent and Crown were able to meet our price target for the car. We also worked with Sue Ellen who co-ordinated the preparation of our vehicle, she too was easy going and responsive. On the day of the pickup, we were directed to the finance manager to sign all the paperwork, this process was so fast, there was no hard sell to buy the extra services. We have purchased cars from other dealers and the checkout process at Crown Acura was by far the fastest. We were all done in 15 minutes. In summary if you want to purchase a vehicle at a good price and don't particularly want to spend an in-ordinate time at a dealership then CrownAcura is the place to go. More

Both Crown Acura and my sales rep, Chris Duncanson, are outstanding and personable and always willing to work with their customers. I live about 40 minutes away, but don't mind making the trip for a group with which I've always felt comfortable. Another thing that impresses me is that their sales consultants have long-term employment with Crown. You can't have that without a record of integrity, great customer service, and all the good things that I think about when I think of Crown Acura. More

From the leasing/purchasing process to regular service visits, everyone at Crown has been a pleasure. Chris made numerous telephone calls to us to let us know ahead of time what some options would be. When I came in, although Chris was with another customer, he came over and checked on me to let me know I wouldn't wait long.
