I had such a good experience leasing a new car from Crown that I had to do a review. I came in with all my notes ready to haggle and spend a long Saturday afternoon trying to hammer out a deal. I was pleasantly surprised when Chris Duncanson, my sale guy, started walking me through the process. He explained all the numbers to me and I will say they matched what I was looking for without evening having to haggle. He was really great through the whole thing, going out of his way to make sure i was comfortable with everything. I can tell he's customer oriented and not just trying to sell me something to make a quick buck. Then I had a similar experience with the Finance Manager who didn't try to hard sell me on any of the extra options. Again it was quick and painless. Overall I can really tell these guys want me as a customer and are extremely service oriented. Two thumbs up! More

I consider Chris Duncanson the best car salesperson I've ever worked with, and that is saying something because all of the sales people I've dealt with at Crown Acura have been great. Chris was thoroughly engaged during the whole process, easy to understand, with great knowledge of Acuras. He wasn't just someone who had been trained in customer service; he has an innate understanding of what it means to work with people. His patience was also deeply appreciated. I would highly recommend Crown Acura--and most definitely Chris Duncanson. More

In fact, all the people I encountered as part of my sales experience at Crown treated us like family. My next car? From the first moment I set foot in the door, my friend and I were greeted with a welcoming smile. Chris was very friendly and was not at all the typical car salesman that you are normally used to dealing and I were greeted with a welcoming smile. He was very honest from the get go and did everything in his power to make sure I drove off the lot with a brand new car. He explained everything so well and there was no kind of pressure at all. Even while we were waiting for the deal to go through, he offered us water (and I know that doesn't sound like much), but it really made a huge difference in the experience. It was first class treatment all the way and I will recommend Chris Duncanson to anyone who is looking to buying a quality car and unforgettable car buying experience in the future. More

I just purchased my 3rd Acura MDX from Crown Acura, a 2014 Acura MDX AWD Tech, and could not be happier. My sales consultant, Chris Duncanson, was and is always extremely helpful, supportive, patient, and understanding. He is knowledgeable of his products and his receptiveness to any and all questions along with his desire to answer them all, no matter how big or small, gives me the freedom to feel safe knowing he is representing me with no pressure. During my latest sales experience, I was most interested in the AWD version of the 2014 MDX of which there was none available at the dealership to test drive – evidently they are somewhat rare in Florida! But being the exemplary salesman he is, Chris came to work early the next day to track one down and have delivered to his dealership for me to see and drive that day. Through his efforts I was able to confirm my choice and obtain exactly the vehicle I wanted, for which I am grateful. Keith Amaral, the Finance Manager, worked steadfastly to put the deals together for my last 3 purchases while patiently explaining the process, the options, and the numbers. Now I look forward to continuing my relationship with their service department through John Shaw, my Service Advisor, who has always treated me with the utmost respect and has always taken care of my vehicles properly, thoroughly and never with an upsell of unnecessary maintenance as some service departments do. Through my experiences of the work ethics exhibited by all these individuals, I have developed a true respect for them and fully trust their guidance. I feel confident I can continue to receive excellent service of my vehicle at Crown Acura and will return to Chris Duncanson when upgrading in the future! More

We unfortunately were beat by another couple for an older used Acura MDX, but luckily Chris Duncanson was more than helpful and knowledgeable to show us a newer yet comparable MDX for a real steal.
