Wowed by Crown Acura AGAIN! John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, whe John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, when I scheduled it was projected to take 2 hours, I was out of there with car vacuumed and washed in less than 1 1/2 hour. Barely time to check in with John and visit with Chris D who was at his desk early- he sold me the car which I love in great part because the Crown Acura folks are so pleasant to work with. Leadership give these folks a pat on the back...a raise if possible! More

The car was priced right for us, and we decided to make the 3 hour drive to purchase the TSX. Chris was very professional and definitely has a passion for what he does. As usual, Chris displayed his professionalism and experience by walking us through the pricing and lease for the car. Within a very short time, we agreed on a deal with Chris and John Pearson. This will be the fifth Acura I have leased through Chris and Crown Acura. I don't even shop. I know I will receive the best deal. The closing was smooth. John Leinbach, and Keith Amaral, had all the paperwork prepared and we were done in a very short time. I have been a customer of Crown for approximately 14 years. When Service is required, i call John Shaw, and I know my needs will be taken care of. If you ever want an Acura, there is no other place to go. More

I had such a good experience leasing a new car from Crown that I had to do a review. I came in with all my notes ready to haggle and spend a long Saturday afternoon trying to hammer out a deal. I was pleasantly surprised when Chris Duncanson, my sale guy, started walking me through the process. He explained all the numbers to me and I will say they matched what I was looking for without evening having to haggle. He was really great through the whole thing, going out of his way to make sure i was comfortable with everything. I can tell he's customer oriented and not just trying to sell me something to make a quick buck. Then I had a similar experience with the Finance Manager who didn't try to hard sell me on any of the extra options. Again it was quick and painless. Overall I can really tell these guys want me as a customer and are extremely service oriented. Two thumbs up! More

I consider Chris Duncanson the best car salesperson I've ever worked with, and that is saying something because all of the sales people I've dealt with at Crown Acura have been great. Chris was thoroughly engaged during the whole process, easy to understand, with great knowledge of Acuras. He wasn't just someone who had been trained in customer service; he has an innate understanding of what it means to work with people. His patience was also deeply appreciated. I would highly recommend Crown Acura--and most definitely Chris Duncanson. More

The salesman, Chris Duncanson, was everything I hoped for: he was knowledgeable about the Acura models, friendly, courteous, and treated Mary and I like we were neighbors. In fact, all the people I encountered as part of my sales experience at Crown treated us like family. My next car? Probably another Acura, and probably from Crown Acura, and probably from Chris Duncanson. More
