They do not charge any of the “reconditioning” fees (SCAMS) that other lots do. There were no last minute surprise upcharges. Chris really stood out in every way, truly he was/ is perfect, and also had the best product. He is knowledgeable, responsive, kind, competent, easy to talk to, and has a wonderful demeanor. He gave us great guidance and was able to extend our bumper to bumper warranty to 10 years and 150,000 miles. WoW!! This isn’t my first Acura. It definitely will not be my last. Honda’s luxury brand and the team of pros that represent their product stand out from the rest and have earned my brand loyalty. Thank you Crown Acura for a beautiful experience!
