I am not a fan of the car buying experience and after a totaled car I was not looking forward to this experience. And without fail I went to numerous dealerships and experienced very questionable pricing p totaled car I was not looking forward to this experience. And without fail I went to numerous dealerships and experienced very questionable pricing practices, poor quality of cars, and lack of caring service staff. I came to Crown with the intent to test drive multiple cars without planning to shop. But Chris and Ashlee were both super professional and engaging. The cars were clean and well maintained...and even better they had no issue providing an accurate out the door pricing figure without any hidden fees. Chris made the experience a true delight and we are very happy with our purchase and will certainly be back to purchase again. So thanks to Chris my wife is already talking about a new MDX next year. Thanks a lot :-) More
