Check-in was really quick and Chris was awesome. He kept me informed of the status of my car. Unfortunately, there were still problems with my car, and I brought it back the next day. The service was very poor and unfortunately before I left my attitude was also poor. I arrived at 745am and left at 10:10am bcuz my keys could not be found and the car never got wasted. I appreciate that you were flexible to let me pick up my car with sales. However, I was given no paperwork or proof of service, I requested an alignment or alignment check and point inspection, and paid for car with sales.
