I brought in my quest to have service done. I was told my brake fluid, coolant and transition fluid needed to be changed along with spark plugs. The next day I took my quest to another mechanic and was told the 3 fluids were clean and didn’t need to be changed. Now I have to question the other service I had done I feel lied to and my faith in Nissan has to say the least been broken so no I don’t trust Torrance Nissan and now I need to find a new place I can trust More

For a free oil change, it cost too much. When I made the appointment, I was told 2 hours maximum. It took nearly 4 hours. They told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to wash before returning it to me. Th appointment, I was told 2 hours maximum. It took nearly 4 hours. I am guessing the free oil change was promotional to get me to do more work with them. It completely turned me off. It wasn’t even a good car wash. More
