I brought in my quest to have service done. I was told my

The next day I took my quest to another mechanic and was told the 3 fluids were clean and didn’t need to be changed. Now I have to question the other service I had done I feel lied to and my faith in Nissan has to say the least been broken so no I don’t trust Torrance Nissan and now I need to find a new place I can trust

For a free oil change, it cost too much. When I made the
appointment, I was told 2 hours maximum. It took nearly 4 hours. They told me it would take 10 to 15 minutes to wash before returning it to me. Th

I am guessing the free oil change was promotional to get me to do more work with them. It completely turned me off. It wasn’t even a good car wash.

Well I was very excited when I received a text saying
that my car was ready, around 11:00 a.m. and that if I wanted a car wash, just allowed extra 20 minutes. After an hour I asked if it was ready? They

They said yes, when I arrived to pick it up, I waited for the cashier for about 10 minutes finally he arrived. I said I was ready to paid and picking up my car. And he said that it was waiting for a car wash! Very disappointed, how can they say that it was ready, when it wasn’t. I dropped it off at 8:30 a.m. and almost at 1:00 p.m. was just waiting for a car wash.
