Well I was very excited when I received a text saying that my car was ready, around 11:00 a.m. and that if I wanted a car wash, just allowed extra 20 minutes. After an hour I asked if it was ready? They that my car was ready, around 11:00 a.m. and that if I wanted a car wash, just allowed extra 20 minutes. After an hour I asked if it was ready? They said yes, when I arrived to pick it up, I waited for the cashier for about 10 minutes finally he arrived. I said I was ready to paid and picking up my car. And he said that it was waiting for a car wash! Very disappointed, how can they say that it was ready, when it wasn’t. I dropped it off at 8:30 a.m. and almost at 1:00 p.m. was just waiting for a car wash. More

I had a scheduled appt and the sign said to wait in car for someone to meet you. I waited 30 mins and called because there was no one who came out to us, and there were other people in their cars waiting t for someone to meet you. I waited 30 mins and called because there was no one who came out to us, and there were other people in their cars waiting too. The receptionist said she had 2 advisors and put me on a brief hold to see where they were at. After the call ended, they came out 5 mins after and assisted us. Other than that, the quality of service was good and the wait time was good as well. More
