Worst service experience ever on my Tundra. Changing fluids took 8 hours. Took my car in at 10:15 a.m. and got it back at 6:30 p.m. I did agree to end of day return, but 6:30 is way past Changing fluids took 8 hours. I was also advised possible brake replacements at 6:15 p.m. Poor to no communication on progress. When I raised issue to Service Director, he left me a vmail but has not returned 4 subsequent calls. I had purchased the 3 oil change service, cancelled it after this fiasco as I will find other more reputable repair businesses. 3 additional services were recommended for my vehicle, why add them if your staff is already too busy? More

The interaction with Chris Fitch was pleasant & positive. However, I rate the overall experience as 2-stars for the same reason I rate all dealers at that level. Specifically, I was given a "free" assessment However, I rate the overall experience as 2-stars for the same reason I rate all dealers at that level. Specifically, I was given a "free" assessment of items that needed to be done at a cost of over $1600 to include some highlighted in red. I know for a fact that none of those items were needed, or even listed in the owner's maintenance manual, because they had already been done or not required by the manufacturer. I closely follow all my vehicles' maintenance requirements, some of which I do myself. The only time I will use a dealership is when a recall is issued, the reason I has to set up this appointment. More
