NEW CAR PURCHASE had to come back two times to try to buy a mkc. not so good on the first try did not like the way the first saleman kept turning on me when the manage had to come back two times to try to buy a mkc. not so good on the first try did not like the way the first saleman kept turning on me when the manager came around. after talking about a car that I wanted we came up with a price ,I signed then was told that car was sold will have another Monday Monday came and was told no car had to order one 5-6 weeks if I wanted I looked at another dealer and found the same vehicle with same vin number at 3:00 car was sold one hour ago. so went on line again and found a vehicle that would work online was in contact with a rep from malouf jas was her name and we worked out a numbers over the phone with texts on I vehicle I found in s.i. went back to dealer and I requested to see another saleman to work with and was givin chris we talked about the issue told him about the couple of days texting and we went over the numbers that jas and I started and the deal was done . no issues no problems had the car in two days thank you More
