Exemplary! Malouf Ford and especially CHRIS FITZGERALD should hold classes on how dealers should interact with their customers. I was given a fair price on both Malouf Ford and especially CHRIS FITZGERALD should hold classes on how dealers should interact with their customers. I was given a fair price on both my trade-in and new vehicle without all the "haggling" that occurs at other places. I ordered a truck built to my specs and Chris double (and triple) checked to ensure all the extras would be included. He kept me informed of the progress with many phone calls. When the truck arrived and I took ownership, he spent time helping me individualize the many settings. Many thanks for a great experience! More
