AWESOME EXPERIENCE After visiting a few other dealerships, we decided to go to Malouf Lincoln to 'check out' the Lincoln MKZ and MKX. We were welcomed by Chris Fitzgerald, who made us feel very comfortable from the second we walked in. Chris was very personable, professional and informative. He took the time to show us each vehicle, along with setting up test drives on both. We loved the MKZ and with Chris explaining all of our choices and options, we got exactly what we wanted. He worked great with the staff at Malouf to make our purchase quick and easy. Chris was especially helpful when we picked up our vehicle and he sat in the car with us and went over ever detail and explained all the functions. He even set up any detail and function we asked for. Chris was as excited as we were to show off the car. Chris Fitzgerald and Dino Gemgnani Jr. both sent messages to let us know Lincoln was offering a program to pay last 3 months of the lease and we could lease a new Lincoln now rather than wait until May. Made an appointment to discuss options and a few short hours later was driving home in a new Lincoln MKX. There is none of the back and forth about monthly cost of lease that we have experienced at other dealers. We have been leasing cars for over 20 years so we have had many experiences with a variety of car dealerships. Dealing with the folks at Malouf is a pleasure rather than something you dread. Highly recommend this dealership. More
