Working with Chris was a very easy process. We emailed prior to arriving to let him know which vehicles we were interested in and he had them both pulled up and ready to go when we got there. He gave a great overview of the similarities and differences between the two models and answered all the questions we had during both test drives. He gave us great purchase and lease options and helped make the lease decision easy. The finance office was easy to deal with and we didn't feel pressured into buying any extra products. Chris reviewed the CX 5 thoroughly with my wife prior to leaving. Overall a great experience. More
