He called and said a part was needed which wasn't in stock, but would be sent overnight and installed the next day. At 9:00 a.m. the next day he called and said it was fixed and could be picked up. Your dealership is fortunate in having a valuable employee like Chris. I wouldn't hesitate a minute to recommend Herb Chambers to anyone interested in purchasing and/or servicing a car. More

My first contact was with Kathy when I called in to check on repair history and best times to come in- she was so helpful and nice! Chris my service coordinator- coordinated the service process in such a professional, knollegeble, kind and helpful way! He keeps me well informed on the repair process, price and any needs my car has. He also facilitated the courtesy shuttle ride. Next to mention is Fiore the shuttle driver. He is always so helpful, friendly and professional. And lastly Amy did a great job with the check out process. Of course other folks helped names I didn’t get but they were positive and helpful like the guys bringing my car back and forth from the shop and the auto mechanics always giving my car great care! Mr Chambers your Burlington team is Fantastic- when I go there it always a positive experience for me and my car! More
