I had been to two other Hyundai dealerships, and Pacifico worked with me so that I was able to lease exactly the car I wanted. Several options were presented to me, and I did not feel pressured. Sheldon Price, our salesman, genuinely seemed to want to get us into the car we wanted for the very best price. I had a pleasant experience working with salesperson Dwayne Johnson and Manager, Christoper Harmer. I was greeted by Dwayne when I came in. Dwayne was busy with another customer and the other sales people were busy as well. Dwayne continued to check on me and assure me that someone would be with me momentarily. Most importantly, I feel like I received a good price for my 2011 Hyundai Sonata Limited. They are not the stereotypical pushy car salesman. They took the time to answer my questions and were very informative. I checked other Hyundai Dealerships in person and online. While it is the farthest dealership from my home, I came back to Pacifico for the following reasons: the price of the car, the interest rate for the financing, the promotion of the 42" flat screen for March Madness and the sales people I felt the most comfortable with, Dwayne Johnson and Christopher Harmer. More
