They were personable, professional, and willing to walk me through my options without any pressure. I wanted to purchase a 2013 Elantra GT in gray or black with the sports package. My initial outreach to Pacifico Hyundai in Philadelphia was via internet. I got a pleasant response from Kyle, who sent imag with the sports package. My initial outreach to Pacifico Hyundai in Philadelphia was via internet. I got a pleasant response from Kyle, who sent images, specs, and prices. We discussed possible finance and current promotions. Kyle informed me there was only a blue car but they find a color i wanted. I went in today for a test drive. I got multiple calls from the salesman to see if was coming and when. They tried to give me the base model. and made it sound like I'd wait a really long time for a color other the blue. The salesman offered me full price only. Then finally said he would honor the Internet price but not if Hyundai financed me. The sales manager said if its not finance through Hyundai I can't get the discount. Then I was low balled on the trade. They let me walk out for a $3,000 difference despite that I was willing to write a check today for the full cost. Just wanted to make aware since the manager Chris. I didn't believe I was offered 13k on a 2011 Toyota Rav4 with 14,400 miles More

But once his manager Chris got involved it went downhill a bit. First Chris was rude and spoke very unprofessionally for his "role" once he thought no one could hear him. Then we were turned over to the business manager Carol who was okay until we declined any other "products." Then she acted like a 6 year old and huffed and puffed while we signed. Sorry to inconvenience you and make you do your job. I told Carl all 5's and he was but his "managers" could take some notes from him on how customers, buyers no less should be treated. More

Jason brought it all together with the BEST vehicle orientation I've experienced in 30 years of buying lots of new cars. The BEST, by far! Paired our phones, covered every control, got the BlueLink access up and running before we left the lot. Carol handled the finances with aplomb, getting me a better rate than my pre-approved credit union rate, and walking me through the process in a timely fashion. Overall, my experience at Pacifico Hyundai was marvelous, and the people behind the process were the reason. More
