When this one became available we jumped on it, sight unseen. Being that we live about 4.5 hours away, we did just about everything over the phone. It was a super simple process. We spent very little time at the dealership on the day of signing/trade in. We appreciated that everything was done very efficiently and without any hassles. Brian was super helpful throughout the process by sending us video messages. I’m in love with my new “mom car.” It will be perfect while hauling around my family of 6 to all the sports games.
