As a service manager over the last several years “ what a wonderful improvement “. My 2010 Honda Element is in excellent condition because he has been there to make sure that my vehicle gets the best service!!! The previous service manager did not seem to be interested when I called in regarding my Honda Element. He was less than interested! This entire experience was deeply disappointing and far below the level of service I’ve come to expect from Patty Peck Honda. I have always been a loyal customer, but this visit left me feeling disrespecte below the level of service I’ve come to expect from Patty Peck Honda.
