Chris H at Tom gill was great to work with. He is a straight shooter. Honored the price we discussed. There was no games. I sat there defensively just waiting on bait and switch or "HIS BOSS" to come try to do some add on. Nothing I never left his desk. Didn't even go to finance we did everything there. He gave me the options and said "it's your vehicle you choose if you want any extra, I'm not going to try to tell you either way". Who else does that. I wish I wouldn't have been so defensive but I've been baited and switched on for the last few months. I didn't think there was an honest dealership left in the Cincinnati area except for 1 Ford dealership in Milford, but that just didn't work out. If I ever need a Chevy again and I'm sure we will Tom Gill is my #1 and I will relax and get the car I want without any hassle. It's really the way car buying should be. I'd ask for Chris again he was absolutely easy to talk to and so honest. I just hope their service is the same experience. More
