I think it was lack of communication. Before I went to lunch I was presented a vehicle quote (OTD) of $45,400.42. I signed this piece of paper. Upon my return from lunch, YADI had the paperwork ready. He only asked for a couple of signatures. He hastily put the contract info in a folder and sent me on my way. I checked the details of the agreement when I got home. I was not happy to see that $2225 was added into the final sale price. However, I kept my cool, and contacted YADI the next day. He assured me a check would be in the mail the following day for the difference. It didn’t show up. I called him, and he blamed someone for not sending the check out. He said the check would be in the mail that day. Almost 2 weeks had gone by, and I still didn’t have my check. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and he disappointed me. I’m not saying he was dishonest. I just didn’t have a good feeling about the whole transaction. When he stopped talking my calls I sent in a negative review. However, Cheyenne was a real sweet heart. She was very helpful. She explained the difference (refund) would be sent to the finance company. Because of her, I will do business with you guys again.
