I recently took my 2015 Silver. in for its 100,000 mile maintenance plus a couple of other maintenance items. Tanya Fillman was very helpful scheduling my appointment and keeping me in for its 100,000 mile maintenance plus a couple of other maintenance items. Tanya Fillman was very helpful scheduling my appointment and keeping me informed on the work being done. The mechanic did find other items that needed attention that I was not aware of. When Tanya called to inform me of the items she was prepared to answer ALL my questions from cost to the time they would need my truck. Even though I wasn't prepared for the extra work, Tanya made it easy for me to change my schedule around while I waited for them to finish. VERY PROFESSIONAL !!! More

Really bad Management here trains their employees to, um, mislead. In about 48 hours, my 'new' certified car will have to be parked as I can no longer drive it legally as they and their partner bank cannot seem to do paperwork correctly or timely.
