We went to Stan McNabb to purchase a new vehicle, I would have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership not only did they blow us off after they told us they would call to make an a have to say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership not only did they blow us off after they told us they would call to make an appointment which they failed to do I had to call them. During the middle of our deal their manager went to lunch and was unable to communicate with him and they then asked us to come back when the manager returned from lunch and said they would call us upon him returning from lunch that was supposed to be within the hour and 4 hours later we had not received any calls, so I called the dealership and was sent to voicemail and left a message and waited another hour and still no response. We decided to take our business elsewhere and we are so glad we did. Not only was the whole experience way better but we also purchased a better model for less money. I would not recommend this dealership or anyone that works here. I would never return here not even for service on my new vehicle More

Picked up my '23 acdia denali on 8/24 it was supposed to be washed but wasn't, on my way home I stopped to clean my windshield found a Crack with veins in it I guess thats why they didnt wash it,I called be washed but wasn't, on my way home I stopped to clean my windshield found a Crack with veins in it I guess thats why they didnt wash it,I called them back right then told them about crack,they said they would talk about it & call me well I called them about 5 times,finally to told me to bring it in,this was on 10/1 ,sat & waited while it was in service, all they did was put the resin in it which they had told me they had already done before ,they knew it was cracked but never mentioned it before I bought it,I just think that was sorry that they knew it but never told me before I bought it,I would not have bought it if I knew it was cracked.I mean when you pay almost $40,000 for something you don't expect it to have broke windshield,I would never buy anything from these people! More
