Customer Service has declined. I can never get through to anyone without leaving a message, it takes a a long time to hear back from anyone and texting isn’t used. They also mixed up my car and told me one thing then called and said something else and it took 2 days for service. It was a very inconvenient experience. When I went to pick up my van, there was only one person there and it took a very long time. Not happy with this visit at all. I would recommend the service sept/mechanics but the customer service dept. needs to get it together. Also when I called to make my appointment, the lady couldn’t even schedule me because she was working from home. What’s the point of answering the phone then if you can’t help me. Disappointed!! More

The service rep Jeff was extremely rude to me in 3 occasions. The service dept Mis diagnosed the issue. The Service dept rep Jeff actually told me he was NOT going to order the part that was needed to occasions. The service dept Mis diagnosed the issue.
