Although the service was completed we always seem to have an issue. This time we scheduled an appointment, received confirmation via email with an attachment of pricing for recommended services. They are almost impossible to get a hold of on the phone and if you are lucky enough to eventually speak to a manager they will lie. There seems to be no communication between sales and service but they wi and if you are lucky enough to eventually speak to a manager they will lie.
