Father in law had his Jeep services here multiple times. The last two times oil drain plug was loose. The complete incompetence and lack of professionalism from their service department raises concerns on the quality of work being performed on your vehicle. I was told my truck would take UP TO one week to complete the service required once the parts were in. Two and a half weeks later, my truck was still untouched and not one person had the courtesy or responsibility to call and update me on what was going on. They didn't provide a loaner vehicle for the time my truck just sat there, leaving me no choice but to rent a vehicle at my own expense. Once I realized how careless and unconcerned they were with me as a customer, I decided to pick up my truck and stop paying for a rental. I requested to be contacted once the "special" tools needed to perform the service to my truck had arrived, and was assured once again that it would take no longer than 3-4 days to complete the service, since the parts were already there. Here I am over a month later.....still waiting. Glad I didnt hold my breath service team!! More
