Dropped off our Jeep Commander for front brakes - they took us right away AND ran through the entire vehicle and found two recalls and corrected them as well. Extremely unhappy On April 18, 2019 I brought my car in because my oil plug/pan was stripped from the previous oil change service performed here. I am extremely disappo On April 18, 2019 I brought my car in because my oil plug/pan was stripped from the previous oil change service performed here. I am extremely disappointed that as a loyal customer, an oil change resulted in a $700 repair bill. The service manager confirmed my records, and as the original repair bill was $1026, and it was reduced to $700. I am exceptionally dissatisfied that I had to pay for such a costly repair due to prior dealer workmanship and the lack of accountably from your service manager. This costly bill and denial of your mistake has lost my trust in your dealership. A few days later, received a text saying I would receive an e-mail survey from "Jeep Research" -- never received that. It seems it is more important to make an income target than to keep long-term loyal customers. More
