It was my first time at this location and I wasn’t provided clear instructions of procedures. I stand looking around for help like a stray. I wasn’t given a complimentary wash as described at my purch provided clear instructions of procedures. I stand looking around for help like a stray. I wasn’t given a complimentary wash as described at my purchase dealer. My car still had warranty and they claimed I had a missing lug nut. I was charged $7.09 which $8 could have given me a set of . I am puzzled as to how this nut went missing. Toyota service is the only people who touched my wheels. They might have been the ones who didn’t tighten up my wheels properly. When I came to pick up my car, I didn’t know that I was to go inside and pay the cashier. I stood in line waiting for the service attendant to process me. He checked out the white man behind me before he acknowledged my presence and told me to pay inside. I was just given my receipt and keys again without instructions as how to retrieve my car. More

Special promotion not true The promotion to lease after two years said I'd have an $81 savings per month. That is what sold me. However, the fine print said this did not include taxes and interest, whereas the amount I was already paying DID include them! That was like comparing apples and oranges, a complete misrepresentation, but good for you, because it worked. I am saving $47 a month, not $81. Quite a difference. I would not have come in for $47 plus money down. I would have continued with my third year of lease, At that time I probably would have leased another Camry, but now, you are off my list and I can never trust your company again. I will spread the word to my friends to watch out for your fake promotions. Suggestion: Instead of casually mentioning "plus interest & taxes" (which was not emphasized nor do I even recall), you should stress that what I've been paying DOES include the interest and taxes. That would make it clear. It wasn't done, of course, for a reason. Shame on you. More
