Had a wonderful experience here at Tasca Kia! My sales person Carissa was exceptional. She was very easy going, and had the answers to all of my questions. When the model I wanted was not in stoc My sales person Carissa was exceptional. She was very easy going, and had the answers to all of my questions. When the model I wanted was not in stock, she let me know about incoming inventory, and was proactive in reaching out to me when my vehicle came in. The entire staff here was very kind and helpful, and I’m super excited for my new vehicle!! More

I went to Tasca trade in my lease after not having a good customer service experience at another Kia dealership. I had an awesome experience working with Luis. He took the time to show me the different model customer service experience at another Kia dealership. I had an awesome experience working with Luis. He took the time to show me the different models that would meet my needs. Luis encouraged me used a tape measure on the backseats of the different models and tested my car seats. When I went to do the final trade in I had to bring my two year old and everyone was sweet to her. Before I left we set up my first service appointment. I am looking forward to using their new lounge while I wait for my car! Luis called me a few days after I bought the car to check in and see if I had any questions about the technology. I’m so happy with my car and will definitely continue to get my future cars through Tasca Kia! More
