Great customer service and quality workmanship. Labor rates are a little higher than some other service shops. More

Truly the worst service experience I have ever had at a dealership. Literally took 3 months to complete the work on my car. No lie. There was a lot to be done, but because most of it was warranty work, More

Covert Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Bee Cave responded

You’re right that this repair took far longer than anyone would want. Your vehicle needed extensive work, including a major engine repair, and along the way we ran into several setbacks: back-ordered parts, stripped timing cover bolts that had to be addressed before work could continue, and a timing issue found during our final test drive that needed correcting before we could return the vehicle to you safely. Some of the needed repairs were also not covered by your third-party warranty, and rather than pass that cost on to you, we worked to cover it at no additional expense. These details explain the delay, but they don’t excuse how it felt on your end, and they don’t change the fact that you deserved a clearer picture from the start. We especially regret the repeated completion estimates that didn’t hold. Each time a new issue surfaced, the timeline moved, and we understand how discouraging it was to be told “next week” again and again. We should have been more careful about setting expectations and more transparent about what was causing each delay. We also hear your concerns about communication. Changing advisors partway through your repair made it harder to keep you consistently informed, and you should never have had to chase down updates or feel that no one knew the status of your vehicle. You should also have received a direct response when you escalated your concerns. We are reviewing how we handle advisor transitions, status updates on long-term repairs, and follow-up on escalated calls so that other customers don’t have the same experience. We understand that we may have lost your trust, and we respect your decision.
