He went out of his way to be helpful and when at the last minute, I decided I wanted a bed liner, he made it happen "quickly" and even delivered my new truck to my house.. I have bought a lot of cars in my 70 plus years, but never as smoothly as this time with Ralph Clement. Then came the dreaded paperwork and financing. Ralph introduced me to Chris Messier who couldn't have been more helpful and even got me a better rate than I had from my credit union! Will I buy from Gates (Ralph + Chris) again? You betcha! More
