Now I can say he is as well, he was very helpful in finding me the right truck. The over all service was also great even though the financing. We were so happy we went back this week and bought a car. Also they helped us get out of our old loan with a very fair trade in value more then I had even hoped for. More

Outstanding customer service during and after the sale I went to Gates GMC to see a CPO GMC Sierra that I had seen on the internet arriving at 10 am. I was looking over the truck on the lot when I was gre I went to Gates GMC to see a CPO GMC Sierra that I had seen on the internet arriving at 10 am. I was looking over the truck on the lot when I was greeted by Brandon Bourney. We discussed the truck, what my objectives were and after a few prerequisites took the truck out on a test drive and returned to the dealership. I had a 10 year old truck to trade (1 owner with complete service record), Tomas Gates appraised it and presented me an offer that was lower than I desired. After a brief negotiation we agreed on an acceptable trade-in value for both parties. The sales agreement, insurance and financing was arranged (with the my bank) no less by 1 pm. I thought I was going home and would be returning to pick up the truck in a day or two. Not the case. While the paperwork being completed, the truck was being prepped for delivery. I drove the truck home that day at 3 pm. Showing the truck to a friend that evening in my driveway under lights, we noticed a crease in the bed side panel. I hadn't seen it during under daylight for whatever reason. The next morning, I called Gates and asked for Brandon. He was off and Charlie Mannix took my call. I explained the concern, he asked me to bring the truck in for the body shop to look at. I brought it down, the body shop looked it over and called in the Dent Wizard who straightened the panel like new while I waited. I have purchased previously from other Gates dealerships and had a good experience. The customer service at Gates GMC Nissan was heads and above anything I've ever experienced while purchasing a vehicle (and I've bought a few or them). Next time I'll go to Gates first! More
