I was looking for an affordable vehicle for my mother. Chris Mikell was amazing…he diligently looked to find a vehicle that met my budget and my mom’s desired options. We found a car that she liked and we were in and out in about two hours. This is my second car from DLR so I felt good about reaching out to them for this purchase and they didn’t disappoint! Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Easy to browse all vehicles in A/C facility. No pressure to up-sell on un-wanted warranties or other services that I did not desire. It was my first time purchasing any vehicle out of state and I had so many questi from here and I literally had the best salesman ever, Chris Mikell. It was my first time purchasing any vehicle out of state and I had so many questions and so many worries because I couldn't physically be there in person but thankfully Chris was so extremely helpful and so knowledgeable about every single question I had.
