From, Dundee, MI, Chris has been with Yark since 2000. He and his wife, Lynette, have 3 children, 2 daughters, Mackenzie and Brooke, and a son, Chase, who is Chris's personal hero. He is a special needs child with a strength and spirit that motivates Chris every day. Outside of work, his family has a membership in the Toledo Roadrunners Club and they try to do several local races and events every year. Chris also enjoys biking on the area roads and Metropark trails. His favorite place to be is in his backyard, around the pool and fire pit with family and neighbors. Chris has never really had a weird job, but spent 4 years in the Marine Corps and a year in residential construction before his career in the auto business.

I was happy to go through the Costco program and not have to worry about haggling over pricing. Chris was great to work with. I did have issues with the finance guy who just didn’t explain things and looked to worry about haggling over pricing. Chris was great to work with. I did have issues with the finance guy who just didn’t explain things and looked pretty upset when I asked any questions. I hope the finance guys are vetted thoroughly.. I walked out knowing I didn’t really know what my options were For maintenance plans and disappointed. overall I was happy with the price but disappointed that they didn’t wash and clean the vehicle. I still need to take it in to get detailed. More

Bought car certified with 11k miles. Had a vibration from the get go. Took 2.5 weeks to get in for service as needed a loaner. They kind of acted, more like SAID, they didn’t sell the car with the vibration, the get go. Took 2.5 weeks to get in for service as needed a loaner. They kind of acted, more like SAID, they didn’t sell the car with the vibration, like I damaged it in the week I monitored it before calling. That didn’t sit well as who likes to be accused of doing something they didn’t do. But in the end, we had a great guy named Dave bring me my loaner to Michigan (70 miles) and return it in a day. Vibration fixed so I’m pleased in the end. Only deduction of the star is the low key attitude that I caused it (when I knew the car was realigned before I bought it so likely not MY fault and their realignment wasn’t enough to fix the wheel problem).
