The salesman never introduced himself or shook my hand when I came inside. I only found out about his name after I closed on my car. The finance gentleman wasn’t too pleased with how I was paying for m when I came inside. I only found out about his name after I closed on my car. The finance gentleman wasn’t too pleased with how I was paying for my car - maybe it was an inconvenience to him, I’m not sure. Ultimately, I knew what I wanted to buy and for how much, and that’s the reason I was there. It just would’ve been nice to have experienced above and beyond customer service during my time and transaction there. Cauther was amazing. He was a nice gentleman who helped with getting my car fixed. He was also very responsive in his communication with me via text and in-person. More
