I submitted my loan application over the phone and details of my trade in. Took maybe fifteen minutes. Thirty minutes later received a call saying I was approved for the payment I wanted and car I wanted! Came in on Wednesday (that was when my schedule would permit) and did my test drive with Jeff and signed! No hiccups, No pressure, and they were very explicit about the terms of my loan. This is very important to me! I have a background in lending and great horror stories of dealerships housing over trends and rising the customer to commit to something they don't fully understand. Berrin was prompt and thorough, Jeff was friendly, professional and really down to earth, Chris was seamless and lastly Rocio explained all the details of the loan, etc. so well that I was never once hesitant! I bought my beautiful Mercedes-Benz and I did it with the best dealership I have every dealt with! More

Too many mistakes for a high-end car owners I typically buy high-end (Benz, Beemer) and pre-owned. I saw an Alpina B7 for sale for this dealer and I jump on it. The site didn't have a picture I typically buy high-end (Benz, Beemer) and pre-owned. I saw an Alpina B7 for sale for this dealer and I jump on it. The site didn't have a picture of the car, but showed a graphic "Certification in Process". Knowing how rare these cars are, I jumped on it. Called the dealer. Began to negotiate the purchase. Financing wasn't an issue, so I knew we could turn it around quickly. After a thorough certification process, they were able to deliver the car of my dreams. It was perfectly detailed and definitely shows the care they take with the cars. I even had he opportunity to talk to the owner and he was a real stand up guy. They tried to convince me to keep the Alpina wheels, but my rims were nicer. They swapped the wheels and the car looks great! Chris Beaman was a joy. He did everything. More

Making the best out a bad situation I recently bought a Ford Focus from this dealership for my son and sadly from the first day I bought it - it had problems with the transmission and ot I recently bought a Ford Focus from this dealership for my son and sadly from the first day I bought it - it had problems with the transmission and other items. The car drove poorly and it was a bad experience all round. I returned the car to the dealer and told them I was very unhappy with the car and that it needed fixing. The car would shudder every time I took it through the gears. To cut a long story short- Ford did nothing but Benz and Beemer took the car back from me and traded it against another vehicle (a chevy volt) - they gave me back my money I paid for the vehicle (excl taxes, title and reg and the doc fee). I had only had the car for 8 weeks. Both myself and the dealer lost out on this transaction financially - but we worked together to make the best of a bad situation. They took back the Ford and I was happy with the trade of the chevy volt. Travis Walters and Chris Nall worked hard to help me and they appreciated my concerns from day one. They were gentleman to deal with and courteous at all times. Rocio in finance is a pleasure to deal with and was very transparent thoughout. This is now my third purchase with Benz and Beemer and I plan to return to them in the future. What makes a company a 'great company' is when they do the right thing at each juncture. More

Couldnt come together on the price!!!! I called Chris Beaman and asked if they could provide the Car Fax, a After viewing the car on the Internet with USAA car buying service and TRUE car. I called Chris Beaman and asked if they could provide the Car Fax, although he was off on that day he arranged for Chris Nall to email it to me, within minutes I was able to view it. This greatly aided in my decision to drive to the dealership to see the vehicle, where I was greeted by Andy Manahl. From there viewing/test drive/take home/purchase was very simple and all with no pressure. The buying experience was excellent due to the whole benz & beemer team. The "good" rating for quality of work is due to the car not being detailed to my satisfaction on final delivery. Noted the dust around the windows and brake dust/ dirt on rims once I got home. I'm sure the Andy would have corrected had I noticed it while at the dealership, however I feel it should have been done right the first time. Over all a great buying experience. I would buy from them again and would definitely recommend them, in fact I already have to coworkers that have viewed my new Caddy. More
