What a Dealership Should be! Zero Pressure and a great Deal. Worked with Chris Beaman and Jim Beyer. They were awesome to work with. Went in on a Monday for a test drive on a Camaro SS. We were interested but were not pressured to buy like 98% of the other dealerships out there. Called Chris the next day and he gave us plenty of time to make up our mind. They worked with us on the OTD price which was more than fair. Chris in Finance was great as that is were most dealerships can make your life miserable. He showed us what they had to offer and when we decided not to add anything he was great. Everyone we dealt made the buying experience memorable and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We would definitely buy from them again. Highly Recommended!! More

In short time, he had the keys and we were test driving. I mentioned that I felt a little pull and he even recalled that at the very end of the deal! -- right after he got me a great deal and at a decent rate. My credit wasn't the best, but he made it happen! Fantastic place and great staff. RK and Peter, the sales manager, had me in and out within the hour and we were on our way. I would highly recommend this lot to anyone--in fact I have 3 people in mind now. More

We considered a number of cars and they quickly arranged a test drive of each car we considered. After visiting them, we visited another dealership who indicated all the ways they could save us money and even told us what CBB would charge us for fees, over and above what this dealership would charge. That claim turned out to be untruthful as the overall price and fees at CBB were extremely competitive. The process of purchase was simple and smooth. We couldn't take the car the day we made the purchase as my wife and I are both listed on the title and she couldn't come with me that day to sign. We made arrangements to arrive the moment they opened their doors a couple of days later. The final signing and delivery of the vehicle was accomplished in less than 10 minutes, as promised, and we were on our way. I highly recommend CBB as a honest, fair and quality dealership. More

As we were a bit disappointed that a full-sized GL450 does not have AC in the third row seats and about to leave the dealer without making any purchase, Alex quickly told us there are more in the upstairs to check out. We all went upstairs and both myself and wife were impressed with the one at the second floor. The vehicle looked very sexy and muscle, where we couldn't leave the dealer without it. Alex did a great job answering all of our questions, where he treated us like his own family members. While waiting for the finance adviser to meet us, Alex told us to relax and enjoy all the drinks as we could. Rocio, the finance adviser, was very friendly and she processed the paperwork like a real professional without a single mistake. Just before we left the dealer, Alex came checked us out just to make sure we were doing great. Alex then introduced me with service guy, Brian Sullivan, where they both made me feel like home. We happily left the dealer with a GL450 but we discovered that the glove box did not have the operator's manual; so I called Alex and asked him about it. Alex returned my call within an hour and said the manual is ready for me to pick up. When picking up the manual, I also met the manager Peter Williams; and I told them about the small issue with the lender. Both Peter and Alex appeared to be very confident that there should be no problem with the lender at all; so I should not worry anything about it. I then walked back to the parking lot feeling like the guys at this dealer are really nice to work with, where they always care about their customers' feeling. We also met with Chris Nall about a week later to discuss about extended warranty. Although he was extremely busy, Chris managed to meet us while dealing with other customers. This is to say that Chris was able to perform the multi-tasking by dealing with multiple customers at the same time without having anyone to wait longer. If I ever need another luxury vehicle, this dealer will be the first one I will stop by. More

I usually bribe my wife somehow, and then come down later to sign papers. I'll have you know; I did this one all by myself! Meaning, if I can do it; so can you. These guys were great. No pressure. No, "Let me go talk to finance and see what I can do for you"; and, the person they're talking with looks a lot like the guy washing cars on the other side of the lot. You remember that Seinfeld episode! And, No, let's wear him down by keeping him waiting here all day. Not only did these guys not make this process tedious and unbearable; they made it enjoyable. Thanks again, guys! Much appreciated. I will be back! More

Chris Nall - Tarnishing the establishment disgustingly so I was promised several paint touch ups during the time of sale that really did need professional work. I had let CBB’s touch up guy try and his paint I was promised several paint touch ups during the time of sale that really did need professional work. I had let CBB’s touch up guy try and his paint color did not match, nor was he able to touch up the area smoothly. The area in question is the size of a nickel and is located a few inches from the drivers door handle - so, very noticeable. After dealing with the service manager, I received a call from Chris Nall to come in and meet and have a look at the car. During our conversation Chris was minimizing the issue of the paint, it’s location and overall had a cavalier attitude that I found repulsive. I explained to Mr. Nall that based on Kelly Blue Book (he turned bright red with this mention) the price I paid was several thousand dollars (3k to be exact) over and surely there was funds somewhere to pay for the appropriate fix that should’ve been done the first time! Mr. Nall became irate, raised his voice several times and asked me to leave the premises or he would call the police. Bear in mind I was SITTING IN MY MINI COOPER while he threatened to call the police on me. It was hysterically funny for someone not understanding why I was being demoralized and yelled at. I don’t know why he would be calling the police other than himself yelling and looking like a fool. I do not know how or why this man’s temperament was/is so unbalanced but I do know I will never return to Certified Benz and Beemer for anything. I made amends with Mr. Nall and shook his hand upon my wishes to make the situation right as that's the type of guy I am. While I was waiting for my tint to be done he saw me again in the east side sales area and practically pounced on me for being inside of the building. I explained I was using the restroom and waiting and he did not have a problem with this BUT a grown man having to explain that I needed to use the little boys room was again the unexpected. Mr. Nall also informed me that because of my transaction, one of his sales managers had been demoted. I have absolutely no idea why, nor did the owner know why Mr. Nall thought it appropriate to let me know this information. Since I paid cash (13,000) for my car, I was expecting to pay tax, title and license fees, not some weird 847.00 fee added in without my knowledge. Maybe this is why someone got demoted? Regardless, a client doesn't need to know this information. Also, I paid 3k over KBB for my car! I thought I was getting a good deal as my car had low mileage but nope. I paid a premium price to pay an animal like Mr. Nall's hefty salary. I met with the owner of CBB Jack that day within an hour of the incident and was happy to be able to explain what issues had occurred. I want it known that Chris R., Sales manager, Berrin in Sales, Tracey in Finance (she's fabulous) and Bryan in service are all incredible people to work with. It’s a shame that Mr. Chris Nall not only ruined my gleaming reviews and thoughts of CBB but that I won’t ever return for anything they may offer me. Jack the owner did offer to pay for one of my oil services but I don’t find that to be enough in rectifying what went on with Mr. Nall. I'm a native to Arizona and have choices in where I purchase my cars. Again, what a shame. I know that something like this would NEVER have happened while I purchased cars in the past from Schumaker MB and Chapman BMW. Update - as of 12/19/2015 I have not received an apology from Mr. Nall. I really tried to rate the dealer higher, but.. After putting a deposit down on a RV and making sure with numerous phone calls to the salesman that the vehicle would be ready to go mechanically and After putting a deposit down on a RV and making sure with numerous phone calls to the salesman that the vehicle would be ready to go mechanically and clean when I got there, since I was driving 330 miles, boy was I surprised. When I arrived the vehicle was still being washed and detailed, but there were numerous other mechanical issues that needed to be fixed that I was not made aware of. I was disappointed and surprised that this happened when after all, this was the owner of the dealership personal RV selling it through the dealership and thinking this was a plus and would have no issues. After waiting there 3 hours with the salesman trying to fix it, it was finally agreed that it needed to go into the shop for a more extensive inspection and repair and further cleaning. I also discovered the pictures advertised on the internet were not even current, and the miles were 4,000 more than advertised when I looked at the odometer. I will say the 3 sales people, Chris N, Lee and James V did all they could to help under the circumstances. I left that day very unhappy without the RV and had to drive another 330 miles back home with the hopes that we could resolve the mechanical issues that prevented me from buying the vehicle. After a few weeks Lee spoke with the owner and we finally all agreed on a solution that included repairs that needed to be done to the RV and another 2 weeks later I bought the RV. I think the owner gave this sale to the salespeople who had no business selling this vehicle when they had no knowledge of it inside and out, If not for Lee and Chris, I would have walked away. I am struggling to give the dealership 2 stars but Lee and Chris N deserve 4 stars for all their effort. More
