This dealership went above and beyond to accommodate a purchase on a new vehicle for my growing family . The service and price they offered was competitive that I left Mercedes after years with them. Spec purchase on a new vehicle for my growing family . The service and price they offered was competitive that I left Mercedes after years with them. Special thanks to Jorge (Sales), Chris (General Manager), and Jason (Finance). At the very end of the deal, I ran into an issue with pricing and Jason rectified the situation and I can’t thank him enough for resolving the issue for us. I recently went to Infiniti of Englewood to buy out my current lease and I must say that the experience was not what I expected. On 11/18/2022 I walked into the dealership with high expectation of have a current lease and I must say that the experience was not what I expected. On 11/18/2022 I walked into the dealership with high expectation of have a smooth process of buying of my lease which I thought it was completed when I walked out the dealership. Came out to be that the dealer did not pay off my car on time which put a late payment on my father, and I credit report , keep in mind I wasn’t aware of this matter until I received a letter at home. I bought this matter to their attention where they guide me to speak with Patrick who I was told that he would oversee the issue, but he didn’t. Pass along the issue they send this case to Jason Kim who was only helpful at the beginning but stated he was not in charged of taking care of the satiation and walked away keep in mind this is all face to face at the dealership. I finally then contacted the General manager Chris Ong where I had to sit and reexplained the situation. His reaction was very careless and bothered. He informed me that he will send a letter to Nissan taking fault for the late payment . He also stated he will send the latter via email and copy me on the email, but he never did. I had to send the letter myself due to their negligence. Along with this matter I also wanted to purchase an extended warranty on my vehicle, but they were trying to double up the price to make more money not knowing I come from the car industry. On 1/19/2023 I was called in to pick up my new plates. As I waited over 15 minutes to have my plates install, they informed me that no one was available to put the plates which guide me to no other choice then to install them myself. The customer service level at this dealership is extremely poor and unprofessional. This place is not trustworthy or reliable. I do not recommend anyone to purchase any vehicle at this location. More

Awful used vehicle experience. Vehicle brought back twice in first two weeks of ownership. 1st- Need new brakes and rotors. These were supposed to be new as they were replaced a Vehicle brought back twice in first two weeks of ownership. 1st- Need new brakes and rotors. These were supposed to be new as they were replaced as part of 10pt inspection that prompted me to make purchase. Corrected by dealer. 2nd visit had to add 1 qtr of oil 2 times since purchase. Was told That’s normal for German cars. Insisted car be checked. Timing belt cover might b leaking but u bought car as is. No! Car has 30 days or 1000 mile warranty.. dealership not standing by this. More
