Shadiest dealership around. I purchased a 2020 Land Rover from Infiniti of Englewood 48 days ago. Since purchasing the car, it has been in their shop with numerous issues for 35 I purchased a 2020 Land Rover from Infiniti of Englewood 48 days ago. Since purchasing the car, it has been in their shop with numerous issues for 35 out of the 48 days I've owned it. Management isn't trying to do anything to fix the issue and Chris Ong (the general manager) seems to have no interest in resolving the problems and doesn't even return calls and emails (totally unprofessional). When you buy a car from them they will treat you like royalty but once the deal is done and you have any issue(s) they will act like you don't even exist. BUYER BEWARE!!! During purchase negotiations I was told that certain work had been performed on the car. After purchase I took the car to my mechanic and he was able to prove that none of the work was done. When I told the salesman he sent me a service invoice showing the work was done. I went in and showed the service advisor that the work was never done and he ADMITTED it HADN'T been done. After 4 days of them having my car, they had supposedly completed the work and the day after getting the car back the check engine light came on and the car stalled out on me while driving. They then had my car for an additional 21 days and still gave it back with the check engine light on and other issues which were supposedly fixed are still not fixed. What kind of dealership returns a car from service to the customer with a check engine light on? I can't even get the car through inspection in NY with the check engine light on. The purchase of this car has been nothing but a nightmare; THEY TOTALLY SOLD ME A LEMON; screwed every which way by this dealership. More
