I just wanted to finally give Continental Acura a great review for all the help I received last week. A family health issue happened in my family. Unfortunately while at the hospital I heard a loud groan f review for all the help I received last week. A family health issue happened in my family. Unfortunately while at the hospital I heard a loud groan from my 06 TL. I called in on Monday morn to set up a appointment. Shirley as always was helpful. I left a voice mail for Maria who schedules appointments. She promptly returned my call and understood my situation and set up a appointment with a loaner since I still needed to go back and forth to the hospital where my father in law was in ICU. John in service helped get the car in. I was then called very soon by Chris Papo. Who verified my car has a TSB and there would be no charge. Thanks to all involved in helping with my car. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have both my Acura's serviced here for the past 10 years and will continue to do so. Thank You! More

I have bought 3 Acura TLs from this dealer and I have always received a good price, a fair trade and an excellent purchasing process. They are extremely courteous, always complete work on time, at the estimated price and with excellent quality. They are even competitive with purchases, such as tires. The detail department is the best ( I even take my BMW there to be detailed ). The Assistant Service Manager, Chris Papo, always provides excellent advice, goes the extra mile to take care of me and my car. I feel he takes pride is his work and truly takes an interest in me. On a rating scale of 1 to 5, this dealership is a 6 ! More

Chris Papo was very polite and informative when I had my car in for new tires and oil change. Chris was able to match the Discount Tire price on the tires I purchased.
