When I purchased my second Acura from this dealership. I made the decision based on the cost and value. Going forward I would be vary unlikely to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I was attracted to made the decision based on the cost and value. Going forward I would be vary unlikely to buy another vehicle from this dealership. I was attracted too this dealership because of their 15% Costco discount on parts. The other perk was the free anytime car wash. After a year or two they dropped that perk. I believe I purchased that perk when I purchased my MDX. I felt that customer focus was a corporate ploy. I would give there service department 4 stars..They are friendly, courteous and professional. Bottom line there are so many great brands and dealerships with friendly and professional sales associates in the Chicago suburbs. Why buy from this dealership when you have so many choices. More

Very deceived by the dishonesty and poor service.I would not trust them with my safety . I was involved in a car accident and I own an Acura. insurance was also involved. the car was left in the dealersh not trust them with my safety . I was involved in a car accident and I own an Acura. insurance was also involved. the car was left in the dealership for close to three weeks awaiting a part. a full diagnostic test was completed and we were told that the repairs were made and that the car was ready fo collision work. at the collision shop, they ran out another diagnostic test and opened the bumper to find that The frame rail was completely collapsed and they placed a reinforcement bar that did not fit the in the holes due to the shifted frame, they buckled the reinforcement bar where it was supposed to mount on the passenger side, put only 1 bolt for the reinforcement bar instead of 2 on top on each side and 1 on the bottom on each side. They also told me that my brakes needed replaced when they knew that the car was a total loss . the did not inform me or the insurance and let me drive an unstable car. the car is a total loss . I reached out to the manager and sent him photos of the poorly installed reinforcement bar over a completely collapsed shifted frame but did not hear back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND their services. More

MDX in for service before winter. 15+ years of going they have always took care of everything to make sure it was safe and last for years. So far so good for this one Ok, so I hate leaving reviews right away, but with this car buying experience everything was very professional. I have never felt good about spending money but I have to say, I do love my new car!!! More

Wonderful Customer Service!! I have visited Continental Acura for the last four years. They always welcome me with a smile, most times by name, even though they are busy. My vis I have visited Continental Acura for the last four years. They always welcome me with a smile, most times by name, even though they are busy. My visits have been preventive maintenance primarily except for a vicious pothole which ate my tire. Thanks to the Tire warranty, I did not pay a cent. They always verify I am satisfied with my service and answer all my questions (even the stupid ones). My father has trained me to be "mechanic wise". This is a great dealer. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Service Department Rocks!! I purchased my Acura in 2011, an MDX, and it still feels and drives like a new car. The service team helps me take care of it and the lifetime free car washes are a fabulous perk!!! Scheduling service appointments is quick and easy, and I appreciate the reminder emails for upcoming service appointments. Continental Acura of Naperville has my business for life. The service department has won my heart. It is always the same familiar faces that greet me, and they go above and beyond to make me feel like I'm their only customer. I don't know how they do it! They call me by my first name, and Shirley even went so far to call me a few days ago to tell me that the car wash was back up and running. I don't know of another dealership that takes such great personal care of their customers. Shirley is the big duck at the desk, always smiling to the customers and making sure their check out experience is easy. More

Another MDX I just purchased another MDX from Abe @ Continental. I had been driving a 2009 MDX with 221,000 miles and no issues, that I also purchased rom Abe. I just purchased another MDX from Abe @ Continental. I had been driving a 2009 MDX with 221,000 miles and no issues, that I also purchased rom Abe. I gave that vehicle to another employee of mine, because it still has many miles left to go and is running beautifully. I love my new MDX and look forward to driving it well over 200,000 miles again. Kudos to the service guys at Continental that always take care of me and my car! More
