Taylor was great to work with. I took a different approach due to time constraints and got to the business side of things first to make sure it made since, then drive later. Out of State Issues Had a positive experience with Brandon in sales, he was knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making process. We selected a car and proceeded to the final steps of getting the deal completed. We are an out of state customer and registering the vehicle with a tribal tax commission. When this reached upper management, I was asked to provide proof tax exemption. Well, I’m not tax exempt, i’m just paying taxes to a different tax commission. We provided letter from the tribal tax commission and the state followed up with a phone call explaining this process to the dealer. Nothing worked. Upper management was unwilling to listen and learn about the process and ultimately told me the deal couldn’t go through. We went to another Mercedes dealer and completed the deal without a single issue and the car was registered just fine. The difference? One dealership was willing to learn, one just didn’t care and it cost them a sale. Don’t waste your time. Do business somewhere else. More

Excellent!!! MB of Plano was so great to deal with! They stayed open late for us on a weeknight and were so accommodating. Sarah Tomasa was a joy to work with - sh MB of Plano was so great to deal with! They stayed open late for us on a weeknight and were so accommodating. Sarah Tomasa was a joy to work with - she had the car pulled around for us before we got there and stayed well past close to make sure everything went smoothly in the buying process. Chris Moss in finance is a great guy to work with and is very honest when it comes to financials. We went to countless dealerships in Dallas and would absolutely come back to buy our next car at MB Plano! More

Terrible Sales Manager I told a sales rep that I wanted to move forward on a vehicle yesterday. I submitted an application for it yesterday afternoon. Today, I followed up w I told a sales rep that I wanted to move forward on a vehicle yesterday. I submitted an application for it yesterday afternoon. Today, I followed up with the rep and asked if he needed anything else from me. I didn't get a response, so I called to follow up to see if he needed anything else from me. I got his voicemail and it stated he was out of the office today. Then, I get a text a few hours later from him stating that another rep sold the car today. He stated that he had text me this morning to see if I wanted to put down a deposit. Oddly enough, I never received a text from him. I would have GLADLY put down a deposit had I received that text. I obviously wanted to move forward with the car - I had made that clear AND put in an application for it. So, they ran my credit only to sell the car that I was interested in the next day. I called up to the dealership and the manager called with excuse after excuse. He said "I know how it is to have your heart set on something. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't." Excuse me? It would have worked out had I received a text, call, email, etc. letting me know that the app was processed and now I needed to put down a deposit. He said they would try to "cover" or "shield" the car next time. I don't need the car "covered" or "shielded" I just need people to communicate to me what is needed and to do their job. I can see why this happened though. The manager is FULL of excuses and smart remarks when he should be apologizing for their lack of organization. I am not even as upset with the rep as I am w/ the manager. Ridiculous. More
