General Manager Brad Cannon stopped by more than once during the process to ask how we were doing and if there were any questions we had for him. Chris Ramirez from the finance was also very good, explained every document that required a signature and made the closing process very smooth. I would highly recommend Temecula Hyundai and ask all to ask for Mike Segura or Adriano Hana, you won't be disappointed. I guess my only concern was that I needed the plate that covers the hitch removed, Mike notified service, but reported back to me that at the present time, they did not have the tool to remove the cover plate. I will check at a later date with Mike to see when service can remove the cover plate. More
