Nothing but false information and the runaround from the minute I called the dealer. I called to verify the availability of a vehicle. I asked three times if the vehicle was on the lot. I was assured that i minute I called the dealer. I called to verify the availability of a vehicle. I asked three times if the vehicle was on the lot. I was assured that it was even though I was on the lot and had driven through twice and I did not see the vehicle. When I walked in, I was told the vehicle was at their sister dealership in Vero if I wanted to go see it. I said no, so I had to wait almost an hour for them to drive to Vero and retrieve the vehicle. From that point on it was nothing but headaches. I was given incorrect finance information based on my credit score, and had to ask numerous times for it to be verified. I was given a we owe for four4 new tires but soon when I went to service to have the work done, they did not have the same information that I was given. Long story short, it took almost 10 days for me to get that resolved. In their defense they did have an issue with their air compressor but the communication was extremely poor. Also, here we are 15 days later and my loan for my vehicle that I traded in still has not been paid off as of this morning. The only person who was decent was the service manager Stephan Roumain More

I went into the dealership wanting to find out what my options were when it was time to turn my lease in and I walked out with a brand new car and I am very happy with my decision. There are many car options to select from and the prices are reasonable. Carlos, Eliana, Chris, James & Jimmy were who I met for the first time. They explain everything thoroughly and had patience because this is a big decision to make, and I had questions. They were professional and kind. They made me laugh and we had great conversations. The team at Sutherlin Nissan of Fort Pierce were wonderful to work with. They listen to our wants & needs and met all of them. They were upfront and honest and knowledgeable.
