I went into the dealership wanting to find out what my options were when it was time to turn my lease in and I walked out with a brand new car and I am very happy with my decision. There are many car opti options were when it was time to turn my lease in and I walked out with a brand new car and I am very happy with my decision. There are many car options to select from and the prices are reasonable. Carlos, Eliana, Chris, James & Jimmy were who I met for the first time. They explain everything thoroughly and had patience because this is a big decision to make, and I had questions. They were professional and kind. They made me laugh and we had great conversations. This is my 3rd nissan from Sutherlin Nissan,,and I'm completely satisfied with the dealership. I was disappointed with a nissan altima S.R, notified Wil my salesman,he said to return to the dealership a completely satisfied with the dealership. I was disappointed with a nissan altima S.R, notified Wil my salesman,he said to return to the dealership and he rectify the issue I had. Within a few days I was able to trade my Altima for Another one. And I'm completely satisfied with it. Thank you Wil, your professionalism and customer relations are outstanding. I will be continuing my relationship with nissan and will be telling my friends about Sutherlin Nissan. More
