Jamie Wright went out of his way to find us the perfect vehicle and kept in constant contact with us as he conducted the search. He provided the highest level of customer care and even went out of his way vehicle and kept in constant contact with us as he conducted the search. He provided the highest level of customer care and even went out of his way to troubleshoot an issue with my phone when it wouldnt sync with the bluetooth. He didn't let us leave until everything was perfect. Jamie was professional, kind, and courteous during each of our visits to the dealership. We highly recommend contacting Jamie for all your car purchases. More

Michael Plante was a good salesman and I got to speak to Chris to negotiate a better price for the van I was looking at. This was a late Friday evening around 6pm. I did not want to purchase that car that d Chris to negotiate a better price for the van I was looking at. This was a late Friday evening around 6pm. I did not want to purchase that car that day because I had intentions on just looking plus needing to sell my car in order to put down a down payment. The thing is when I tried to leave I was told that another "couple drove 3 hrs. to see that van and you just happened to get here first." I told them if the van was still here Monday I would come back and left without buying that van. Although I did ask them not to contact me over the weekend because I would be at work they still did because they wanted me to put $500 down to hold the van until Monday. Which was fine, I had my husband to do that. Michael called Monday morning to let me know my van was all ready for me to come and purchase. The van was cleaned and a full tank of gas. I think my only issue would be not from Michael but from Mr.Queen the financial guy who thought it was a good idea to use gas-lighting and other emotional warfare on my decisions to use my bank for my car loan and denying any extra warranty on the used van. He straight out asked me why and what my weekly payments were going to be when at that point I had made it clear I did not want to use their financing. He made me so mad and I was ready to be out of his office. He should have said nothing more but decided to tell me" Well make sure you have something in savings then." It was the only time I had doubting if this was going be a good car. I guess time will tell now Mr.Queen thanks for the shaming me and making me rethink if my purchase was a good one. I would rather spend more money than ever signing anything with him again and would be the reason I would tell my family or friends to steer clear from Paramount Hyundai Hickory. More

My wife and I had been shopping for a new Hyundai Palisade for nearly four months. We had searched from Asheville to Winston Salem, North Wilksboro to Charlotte without finding a a Palisade in the c Palisade for nearly four months.
