Everyone has always been exceptional with customer service. We have bought 9 cars from Chris he is absolutely the best. He is great about taking care of us at all times. This is my 4th Car from Chris - I enjoy dealing with him as he provides the information I need to make a decision in a prompt and clear manner. However, I do not like a review section that must be complete as he provides the information I need to make a decision in a prompt and clear manner. However, I do not like a review section that must be completed and has parameters around the minimum number of words - the customer should decide how much of a review they wish to write, not the system! Perhaps whoever manages this system should take some lessons from Chris in Sales and Ray in service!! Having written this, the system now tells me I have to login.....do you want feedback from customers or are you trying to make it difficult for them to provide it! More

Princeton Audi is one of the finest dealerships I have ever been to. The whole experience was excellent. The best part is NO pressure just nice honest people. Straight forward and honest, great price. They worked hard with me to get me the car I wanted although they had to look for it all over and finally order a new. He was very helpful, providing succint information on the Q5 without overselling, answering all of our questions,and even putting up with our toddler for the 2 hours we were there. The staff was very helpful and flexible in terms of the leasing options and even stayed late on Christmas Eve to take care of our business. I will strongly recommend Chris and Audi Princeton to my friends and family and will be back in the future when it's time to replace our other car. More
