Great experience with Princeton Audi by far! We purchased the Audi A4 for our son, who basically knew the options he wanted in the car (he was trading in an older model of the A4) and our salespers purchased the Audi A4 for our son, who basically knew the options he wanted in the car (he was trading in an older model of the A4) and our salesperson, Chris Riches, was more than happy to show him all the new features and options on the new A4. We left the dealership and within an hour or so, I received an e-mail from Chris thanking us for visiting Princeton Audi. From that point I e-mailed him back letting him know that we were interested in the A4 that we spoke about and he e-mailed me back the same day that he had located one and it would be here by the end of August. He was able to work with us and negotiate a price that we were comfortable with. There was absolutely no annoying sales pressure, the entire experience was seamless and delivery was exactly when he said it would be. Everything went smoothly from the point of sale through the paperwork with Carl Aloi and we were not sitting at the dealership for hours. We had visited other Audi dealers and there is no comparison to Princeton Audi. Professionalism at it's best!! We will recommend Princeton Audi to everyone and I know we will be repeat customers! I couldn't have asked for a better service. There was no sales pressure, financing rate was attractive and paperwork was quick. Fantastic all-around experience. Chris explained the features of the car in such a way as to capture my interest without trying to sell me every possible option and every additional package. I have been buying cars from Chris Riches for 10 years now. I am a bit of a gear head, and chris is passionate about cars. I dread buying a new car. In fact, last time I simply opted to buy my BMW when the lease was up. This time around, I did my homework---visited and drove all the luxury SUV's that I was interested in. I e opted to buy my BMW when the lease was up. This time around, I did my homework---visited and drove all the luxury SUV's that I was interested in. I experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. The first local Audi dealership I visited just scoffed when I said what I wanted to consider---the Audi Q5. I was told, "Oh the only way to see one of those is on the internet. And the only way to drive one is to order it." End of story. But I persevered to discover Princeton Audi had one in stock. (As did some other dealerships) At Princeton, Chris Riches, my sales contact, was very helpful. You knew he wanted to sell me a car, but wasn't pushy. He didn't seem to react to a woman on her own evaluating cars. He wasn't overbearingly friendly. The test drive was impressive. I made an appointment to return on the weekend. Mr. Riches confirmed my appointment a few days prior but didn't hound me. Quite knowledgeable about the car's details, everything he told me about the car was true, according to my own research. Yes, Audi Q5's are in short supply. Mr. Riches was professional, well mannered, and had a nice sense of humor. He tolerated my desire to pay a reasonable amount for the car. He quoted me a fair price for my trade in without haggling about all its shortcomings. With little drama, the deal was done simply and promptly. I didn't have to spend excessive time with the sales manager discussing options and add ons. When the car arrived, he handled problems and did his best to accommodate me. Knowing that the Audi has some high tech features, Riches spent the time teaching me about using the technology. So far so good. A week later I am still satisfied with the service and the auto. More
