I understand the dealership needs to make money, but they worked with us on the price to a spot where everyone was happy. We did trade a 2017 VW Beetle Convertible and felt they were fair on trade-in. The folks in the dealership were not overly pushy regarding upselling extra products or services. Our salesman, Chris, was easy to work with during the sales process and also showing us the “bells and whistles” on the car. I would definitely recommend Chris to others and would use him again in the future. So far, we absolutely love the car. More
