My husband, daughter and I had just recently been in an auto accident that totaled our car. We were completely devastated. We have been long time customers of Tom Gill Chevrolet because they have always been so amazingly helpful and kind. We called her and told her our story. She was so compassionate and stayed in contact with us while we tried to navigate through the mess that is a totaled vehicle. Once everything was settled, she set up an appointment for us with Chris Roderick. He was so kind and patient as we told him our background and story of our recently lost car. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested the perfect vehicle for us. He answered all of our questions and let us take our time in our decision.
