However, I did not have to deal with any of that at Tom Gill Chevrolet!! I can't say enough good things about this dealership! They made the car buying process so smooth and painless!! Absolutely every staff member I encountered was kind and asked if I needed anything! They make you feel very welcomed! Chris Roderick was my sales guy and he was AMAZING! I am very indecisive and he was so patient with me. We test drove 6 or 7 cars(I lost count, and at one point, poor Chris had 3 different key fobs on his desk 😂). But he was never annoyed or frustrated! He was always happy to help me and made me feel at ease! He also never once tried to push a sale on me or pursue me to buy anything! There was no pressure at all! I told him my budget and he stayed within that range and never once tried to get me to increase it. He was so respectful of my wishes/wants! He was upfront and honest about pricing, and went over all the fees so I knew exactly what I was paying for! The whole team at Tom Gill goes above and beyond!
