I would like to say this was a extremely refreshingly different experience as a result of the straightforward and honest communication from the beginning, starting with the advanced email communications. Our contact with this dealership again via an inquiry into a vehicle they had listed on the Internet site. Chris reached out to us and was extremely helpful and very customer focused. The vehicle we initially were interested in, turned out not to be exactly what we were wanting once we sought in person, however, Chris rather than just trying to throw something else at us, had listen to exactly what we were looking for and within minutes several other options that did exactly match what we were seeking were made available to us. The Steeler ships method of pricing is also refreshing to people, like myself, who do not like all the back-and-forth haggling. Bottom line price was listed on the Internet, the only open item to discuss was agreed-upon value our trade-in. Would recommend this dealership and definitely ask for Chris Roderick. More

We expected to be ushered off to some distant corner of the lot and have the cash cars pointed o My wife and I went to buy a "cash car" from Tom Gill. We expected to be ushered off to some distant corner of the lot and have the cash cars pointed out to us by a fleeing salesperson. This was absolutely not the case. We sat down with Chris Roderick and from the get go, he treated us as if we were there to buy a brand new Corvette even though we were just looking to spend a few thousand dollars. He was very attentive, showed us everything they had on site that fit our wishes, and went over all the details with us. Chris spent 3 days communicating the status of different vehicle with us, even on his off day, he hooked us up with a trusted cohort, Dan Anderschat, who was equally a pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. Long story short, we felt so spoiled by Chris and Dan's treatment, we have decided to finance and purchase a vehicle from Tom Gill. Phenomenal people to work with, this coming from a life long skeptic of car dealerships. They will have my business as long as I am buying cars. Thanks Chris R. and Dan A! More
